Consulting activities for some municipalities in the province of Brescia (Azzano Mella, Ono S. Pietro), in support of the networking municipal structure and for the information security management plan.
In this context we made the analysis of municipal infrastructure, identifying the security issues in terms of management and protection of access to it. We proposed the proper execution of backup procedures in relation to the possibility of having addressing situations of "disaster recovery", as a result of severe damage or destruction of equipment.
During the consulting activities period we set some guidelines for the renovation, upgrading and restructuring of municipal information management infrastructure, planning operations in the context of short, medium and long term.
